Stationery is an important means by which the University’s visual identity is presented.

All University stationery should comply with the visual identity guidelines. It should also be ordered through the University’s Media Resources Print Unit to ensure that it is of a consistent style and quality.

For security purposes, the identity system includes uniquely watermarked paper stock, which is commissioned and purchased in bulk by the Media Resources Print Unit. The Unit can give advice and help with all aspects of stationery design, print and supply (see contact details below).

The University’s approved letterhead design is shown below. Within this structure there is a degree of flexibility regarding the application of approved sub-identity logos and regarding the information presented.

Summary of key points regarding stationery
