Caiff pob is-ddeddfwriaeth ei chyhoeddi o dan Ddeddf benodol, a&#8217;i chysylltu \u00e2&#8217;r Ddeddf honno.<\/p>\n<p>O dan Ddeddf Hawliau Dynol 1998, rhaid i&#8217;r holl ddeddfwriaeth a gaiff ei phasio yn y DU gydymffurfio \u00e2&#8217;r Confensiwn Ewropeaidd ar Hawliau Dynol, sef cytundeb rhyngwladol yr ymunodd y DU ag ef ym 1951.
