We can accommodate most Adjustment and Clearing students in our residences on a first-come first-served basis.
Once you have accepted your offer to study on a firm basis we will email you with instructions on how you can apply for University residences online. The sooner you apply for a place in University residences, the more likely it is that we will be able to offer you a place. We will start processing Clearing applications for accommodation no later than week commencing 1 September 2014.
We will keep you up to date about the availability of rooms and do our very best to find you suitable accommodation. In the unlikely event of us being unable to allocate accommodation to you before Enrolment week, temporary hotel accommodation will be made available (for a limited period during September/October) for which a nominal charge will be made. As a guide, the charge for September 2013 was £15 per night. We will continue to check availability of University residences and also provide support and guidance in securing private sector accommodation.
A wide range of information about University residences can be found on the Residences web pages.
