Mae'n cyfeirio at y modd y mae prifysgolion yn gweithredu, yn addysgu, ac yn cyfrannu at gymdeithas mewn ffyrdd sy'n gyfrifol yn amgylcheddol, yn deg yn gymdeithasol, ac yn economaidd hyfyw yn y tymor hir.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"post-9539 media-9539\" class=\"image align-none\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/sites.cardiff.ac.uk\/education-development-toolkit\/files\/2024\/12\/group-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Cynaliadwyedd wrth ddysgu ac addysgu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ym maes addysg uwch, mae'n rhan o'n dyletswydd i baratoi myfyrwyr i \u201clunio dyfodol mwy teg a chynaliadwy gyda\u2019i gilydd.\u201d\u00a0 Mae hyn yn golygu cynnwys y syniad ym mhob disgyblaeth a chyd-destun yn y brifysgol.<\/p>\n<p>Efallai mai dyma\u2019r fath o olwg fydd ar hyn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cynnwys cynaliadwyedd mewn cyrsiau ac arferion addysgu (fel ymdrin \u00e2 phroblemau drwg, y Nodau Datblygu Cynaliadwy)<\/li>\n<li>Helpu myfyrwyr i ddatblygu gwybodaeth, sgiliau a gwerthoedd i fynd i'r afael \u00e2 heriau byd-eang (fel cynnwys 8 Cymhwysedd Cynaliadwyedd UNESCO neu gefnogi dysgwyr \u00e2 Dysgu sy\u2019n Seiliedig ar Broblemau)<\/li>\n<li>Annog meddwl yn feirniadol am faterion fel newid hinsawdd, anghydraddoldeb, a defnydd o adnoddau (drwy ddysgu gweithredol fel chwarae r\u00f4l, dadleuon a thrafodaethau. Mae hyn yn cynnwys d\u0175r, ansawdd yr aer, ffrwythlondeb y pridd, ffynonellau bwyd a natur. Mae'n ystyried yr ecosystemau sy'n bytholi ein hamgylchedd ffisegol.<\/p>\n<p>2. Mae <strong>effeithlonrwydd economaidd <\/strong>yn cyfeirio at safon byw pob system. Mae hyn yn cynnwys ystyried yn ofalus unrhyw gyfaddawdu amgylcheddol niweidiol a allai effeithio ar genedlaethau\u2019r dyfodol. Mae hyn yn cynnwys arbed ynni, lleihau olion traed carbon a lleihau gwastraff. Y prif gysyniad ar gyfer cynaliadwyedd economaidd yw gwrthod prosesau byrdymor ac ystyried lles hirdymor y blaned.<\/p>\n<p>3. Mae <strong>cyfrifoldeb cymdeithasol <\/strong>yn cyfeirio at drin pawb yn deg trwy sicrhau amhleidgarwch. Mae hyn hefyd yn cysylltu \u00e2 chyfiawnder cymdeithasol, sy'n ystyried y modd y mae strwythurau cymdeithas yn cefnogi systemau cymdeithasol teg ac yn targedu materion sy'n rhwystro hyn.
