Maent yn cydnabod bod yn rhaid i\u2019r gwaith o roi diwedd ar dlodi ac amddifadedd arall fynd law yn llaw \u00e2 strategaethau sy'n gwella iechyd ac addysg, sy\u2019n lleihau anghydraddoldeb, ac yn sbarduno twf economaidd.
