Ymgorfforwyd y dull hwn yn yr Academi Dysgu ac Addysgu drwy hyrwyddo&#8217;r broses pedwar cam hon i ddatblygu rhaglenni. Mae deilliannau dysgu yn arwain beth a sut rydym yn addysgu ac yn asesu, ac felly dylent gynrychioli\u2019r pethau craidd y mae myfyrwyr yn eu dysgu. Gelwir y broses alinio hon yn aliniad adeiladol (Biggs, 1996) ac fe&#8217;i trafodir ymhellach yn yr <a href=\"#section-5\">Archwiliad Dyfnach<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"post-1894 media-1894\" Maent yn gwneud y canlynol:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cyfleu disgwyliadau yn glir i ddysgwyr;<\/li>\n<li>cyfleu sgiliau graddedigion yn glir i ddarpar gyflogwyr;<\/li>\n<li>diffinio unedau dysgu cydlynol y gellir eu hisrannu neu eu modiwleiddio ymhellach ar gyfer yr ystafell ddosbarth neu ar gyfer dulliau cyflwyno eraill;<\/li>\n<li>diffinio&#8217;r math o ddysgu a ddyfnder y dysgu y disgwylir i fyfyrwyr eu cyflawni;<\/li>\n<li>darparu meincnod gwrthrychol ar gyfer asesu ffurfiannol a chrynodol a dysgu blaenorol;<\/li>\n<li>arwain a threfnu&#8217;r hyfforddwr a&#8217;r dysgwr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yn y pecyn cymorth hwn, rydym yn croesawu <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.cardiff.ac.uk\/education-development-toolkit\/cy\/datblygu-rhaglen\/asesu-rhaglen\/\">&#8216;dylunio am yn \u00f4l&#8217;<\/a> \u2013 yma gwelwn ddeilliannau dysgu&#8217;r rhaglen yn arwain dull asesu rhaglennol.
