Er y gellir gwneud hyn gyda chefnogaeth eich Bwrdd Astudiaethau ar wah\u00e2n, mae&#8217;n well ei wneud ar draws y rhaglen, yn unol \u00e2&#8217;r model isod.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"post-1766 media-1766\" class=\"image w-100 clearfix\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/sites.cardiff.ac.uk\/education-development-toolkit\/files\/2023\/08\/Welsh_Four_Stage_Model_Overview.jpg\" alt=\"Diagram proses o gamau a phrosesau datblygu rhaglenni, ac arno nifer o nodiadau\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Bydd angen i chi ystyried:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Y math o asesiad a fydd yn cyd-fynd orau \u00e2\u2019r Deilliannau Dysgu Modiwlaidd ac, yn ei dro, sut mae hyn yn cyfateb i\u2019r dull rhaglennol o asesu a ddatblygwyd eisoes, ac felly sut y bydd yn helpu i gefnogi myfyrwyr i fodloni deilliannau dysgu\u2019r rhaglen a ddiffiniwyd eisoes<\/li>\n<li>Deiet a chymysgedd y dulliau asesu \u2013 i sicrhau nad yw rhaglenni\u2019n asesu\u2019r un deilliannau dysgu dro ar \u00f4l tro, i atal clystyru asesiadau, ac i ganiat\u00e1u i asesiadau ffurfiannol gael eu cynnal a\u2019r sylwadau adborth sy\u2019n deillio o\u2019r rhain fwydo paratoadau myfyrwyr ar gyfer tasgau crynodol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Er mai dyma&#8217;r pethau allweddol y mae angen eu pennu ymlaen llaw, mae nifer o ffactorau &#8216;asesu&#8217; eraill sydd i gyd yn effeithio ar ansawdd profiad myfyrwyr o asesu. Mae&#8217;r rhain yn rhyngberthynol ac mae angen edrych arnynt gyda&#8217;i gilydd. Bydd ystyried y ffactorau hyn o safbwynt cyfunol, fel t\u00eem rhaglen, yn helpu i sicrhau cysondeb o ran gwybodaeth a chyngor i fyfyrwyr, ac yn helpu i reoli llwythi gwaith ar y cyd o fewn t\u00eem y rhaglen. Mae\u2019r ffactorau asesu eraill hyn yn cynnwys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Natur y meini prawf asesu a&#8217;r ffyrdd y gall myfyrwyr fod yn rhan o&#8217;u diffinio a\/neu eu hadolygu;<\/li>\n<li>Yr ymarferion a&#8217;r mentrau y gellir eu cynnwys yn eich modiwl sydd wedi&#8217;u llunio i wella llythrennedd asesu ac adborth myfyrwyr a chyfathrebu safonau academaidd yn well iddynt;<\/li>\n<li>Y ffyrdd y bydd gwybodaeth adborth yn cael ei chynhyrchu, ei lledaenu a\u2019i defnyddio, gyda lwc, gan eich myfyrwyr. Er enghraifft, a oes angen i&#8217;r holl sylwadau hyn ddod gan staff?<\/li>\n<li>Pa <a href=\"https:\/\/read.bookcreator.com\/r33KMu9Cc3ckCr4sXmc2scgOzB72\/gjV7WC_qSmOUeT_MFUHMSQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">offer digidol<\/a> (yn Saesneg) y gallech chi eu defnyddio i gefnogi tasgau ffurfiannol, ffyrdd o ddatblygu a chynnal adnoddau (e.e. banciau cwestiynau) ar gyfer y rhain, a pha r\u00f4l y gall myfyrwyr ei chwarae yn hyn (e.e. defnyddio PeerWise)?<\/li>\n<li>Sut bydd y tasgau crynodol yn cael eu marcio? Yn ei dro, pa ddulliau o gymedroli \u00f4l-farcio y gallai hyn olygu bod eu hangen arnoch; a<\/li>\n<li>Pha brosesau y gallech chi eu mabwysiadu i sicrhau bod y broses o weinyddu canlyniadau asesu yn Mae&#8217;n adeiladu ar fodiwl Lefel 4 a fydd wedi cyflwyno myfyrwyr i nifer o&#8217;r sgiliau allweddol a ddefnyddir yn y ddisgyblaeth; modiwl sy&#8217;n cael ei asesu trwy a) cyflwyniad poster byr a b) asesiad amser ateb byr sy&#8217;n profi dealltwriaeth myfyrwyr ar draws ystod o sgiliau allweddol.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019r gwaith a wnaed eisoes, cytunwyd y dylai\u2019r modiwl hwn geisio cyfrannu at y canlynol:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cyflawni Deilliant Dysgu\u2019r Rhaglen 10: gallu \u201ccyfathrebu\u2019n effeithiol, ar lafar ac yn ysgrifenedig, o fewn ac ar draws timau ymchwil gwyddoniaeth roced rhyngddisgyblaethol\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Rhinweddau Graddedigion: Datblygu ymhellach rinweddau graddedigion dewisol y Brifysgol \u2013 yn fwyaf nodedig ar gyfer y Deilliant Dysgu Rhaglen hwn, bydd y rhain yn ymwneud \u00e2 chydweithio, cyfathrebu\u2019n effeithiol, a myfyrio a gwydnwch:<\/li>\n<li>Cyflawni Deilliant Dysgu\u2019r Modiwl: Mae Deilliannau Dysgu&#8217;r Modiwl yn ymdrin ag adalw, dadansoddi a chyflwyno data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yng ngoleuni\u2019r uchod, cynigiodd a chytunodd y T\u00eem Rhaglen Roced Gwyddoniaeth (ffuglennol) y byddai\u2019r modiwl yn cael ei asesu yn y ffyrdd a ganlyn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trwy dasg gwbl ffurfiannol lle mae&#8217;r myfyrwyr yn gweithio mewn timau i gynhyrchu templed a ddefnyddir ar gyfer y posteri y byddant yn eu cynhyrchu.
