IT account closure

Access to IT applications and services (including University email account) will be suspended within 24 hours of a member of staff’s leaving date.

This action is in line with the University IT Account Entitlement and Rights Assignment policy

If a member of staff believes they are entitled to retain their account(s) or obtain an extension on their account, they must contact the IT Rights Authority Holder for their College, School or Professional Services Department. Requests to extend staff accounts should only be granted with the approval of the IT Rights Authority Holder and should be directed to the IT Service Desk.
