Microsoft Outlook is designed to provide seamless access to your University Office 365 email and calendar. Outlook 2013 is the supported email client available in the Windows desktop image for University computers on campus. Follow the instructions linked to below to setup Outlook:

Mac OS X

Outlook for Mac or Mac Mail can be configured to provide access to your University Office 365 email and calendar. Please follow the instructions provided in one of the options linked to below, to setup either of these clients:

Use Cardiff Portal to access your University email account via the web. The Portal is accessible from any web browser or mobile device.
