University Induction

After being inducted myself as a Fulbright Commission Board member yesterday it was good to lead the Induction session for new staff at Cardiff University today. Whenever I can I like to deliver the Induction session. It’s great to meet new staff, introduce them to the University and answer their questions. We run Induction every month and although I can’t do them all I do manage to conduct a few every year. If it’s not me then one of the Senior Team lead the session.
