{"id":10079,"date":"2026-08-10T07:24:38","date_gmt":"2026-08-10T06:24:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.cardiff.ac.uk\/education-development-toolkit\/?page_id=10079"},"modified":"2026-08-10T07:45:43","modified_gmt":"2026-08-10T06:45:43","slug":"institutional-impact","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.cardiff.ac.uk\/education-development-toolkit\/theme-overview\/employability\/9-skills-for-success\/institutional-impact\/","title":{"rendered":"Institutional Impact"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cardiff University is undertaking two major programmes of work led by the Pro Vice-Chancellor for Education and Student Experience:\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.cardiff.ac.uk\/staff\/about-us\/strategy-and-improvements\/university-projects\/education-and-student-experience\/curriculum-2035\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Skills for Success<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.cardiff.ac.uk\/staff\/about-us\/strategy-and-improvements\/university-projects\/education-and-student-experience\/curriculum-2035\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Curriculum 2035<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Together, these initiatives are designed to ensure that our students develop the skills, experiences and talent needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world. As part of this work, the University&#8217;s six Graduate Attributes have been reviewed and reimagined as the 9 Skills for Success \u2013 a future-focused\u00a0model\u00a0that reflects the needs of students,\u00a0employers\u00a0and society.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The 9 Skills for Success provide a foundation for curriculum design,\u00a0enhancement\u00a0and the wider student experience. They support the ambitions of the\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Changemakers Curriculum<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0by helping students develop the capabilities gained through employability, experiential learning, global opportunities, enterprise, civic\u00a0engagement\u00a0and public value activities.
