Gobeithiwn y bydd y tudalennau hyn yn ei gwneud yn glir nad pwnc arall yn unig yw cynaliadwyedd, ond yn hytrach gellir ei weld fel ffr\u00e2m gyfeirio gyffredinol i lywio eich dewisiadau o ran dulliau addysgu, deunyddiau, a chynllun asesiadau.<\/p>\n<p>Isod mae crynodeb o&#8217;r hyn a welwch ar dudalennau Cynaliadwyedd y Pecyn Cymorth hwn:<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.cardiff.ac.uk\/education-development-toolkit\/cy\/trosolwg-or-themau\/cynaliadwyedd\/addysgeg-cynaliadwy\/\">Beth a olygwn wrth gynaliadwyedd?<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Yma rydym yn darparu rhai diffiniadau o&#8217;r hyn a olygwn wrth y termau &#8216;Cynaliadwyedd&#8217;, &#8216;Datblygu Cynaliadwy&#8217; ac &#8216;Addysg ar gyfer Datblygu Cynaliadwy&#8217;.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.cardiff.ac.uk\/education-development-toolkit\/cy\/trosolwg-or-themau\/cynaliadwyedd\/asesiadau-cynaliadwy\/\">Pam Cynaliadwyedd?<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Ar y dudalen hon byddwn yn edrych ar gyd-destun eang <a href=\"https:\/\/www.futuregenerations.wales\/about-us\/future-generations-act\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Deddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau\u2019r Dyfodol (Cymru) 2015<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sdgs.un.org\/goals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nodau Datblygu Cynaliadwy y Cenhedloedd Unedig<\/a>, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qaa.ac.uk\/the-quality-code\/education-for-sustainable-development\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chanllawiau Addysg ar gyfer Datblygu Cynaliadwy (2021) yr Asiantaeth Sicrhau Ansawdd\/Advance HE<\/a>, yn ogystal \u00e2 chyd-destunau culach ein strategaeth newydd, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardiff.ac.uk\/about\/our-profile\/strategy\/our-future-together\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8216;Prifysgol Caerdydd: Ein dyfodol, gyda&#8217;n gilydd&#8217;<\/a>, a chysylltiadau \u00e2\u2019r them\u00e2u <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.cardiff.ac.uk\/education-development-toolkit\/theme-overview\/inclusivity\/\">Cynwysoldeb<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.cardiff.ac.uk\/education-development-toolkit\/theme-overview\/employability\/\">Chyflogadwyedd<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.cardiff.ac.uk\/education-development-toolkit\/cy\/trosolwg-or-themau\/cynaliadwyedd\/astudiaethau-achos\/\">Gwreiddio Cynaliadwyedd mewn dysgu ac addysgu<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Bydd y dudalen hon yn rhoi sylw i rai camau ymarferol y gallwch eu cymryd i sicrhau bod cynaliadwyedd yn rhan annatod o ddysgu ac addysgu yn eich cyd-destun chi, gan gynnwys rhai \u2018Awgrymiadau Gwych\u2019, dolenni ac adnoddau i\u2019ch ysbrydoli. Byddwn hefyd yn rhoi sylw i\u2019r modd y gallwch adnabod, amlygu a rhannu arferion da y gallech fod eisoes yn eu gweithredu ym meysydd Cynaliadwyedd ac Addysg ar gyfer Datblygu Cynaliadwy.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.cardiff.ac.uk\/education-development-toolkit\/cy\/trosolwg-or-themau\/cynaliadwyedd\/cynaliadwyedd-cyflogadwyedd-a-menter-partneriaethau-mewn-addysg-ar-gyfer-datblygu-cynaliadwy\/\">Astudiaethau Achos<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Dyma astudiaethau achos i\u2019ch ysbrydoli o bob rhan o Brifysgol Caerdydd. Yma rydym yn cynnwys rhai enghreifftiau o bartneriaethau Cyflogadwyedd a Menter, yn ogystal \u00e2 modiwlau sy&#8217;n ymgorffori cynnwys cynaliadwyedd ac addysgeg mewn modd llwyddiannus. Mae hyn yn cynnwys d\u0175r, ansawdd aer, ffrwythlondeb y pridd, ffynonellau bwyd a natur. Mae'n ystyried yr ecosystemau sy'n bytholi ein hamgylchedd ffisegol.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Effeithlonrwydd economaidd:<\/strong> Mae'n cyfeirio at safon byw pob system. Mae hyn yn cynnwys ystyried yn ofalus unrhyw gyfaddawdu amgylcheddol niweidiol a allai effeithio ar genedlaethau\u2019r dyfodol. Mae hyn yn cynnwys arbed ynni, lleihau olion traed carbon a lleihau gwastraff. Y prif gysyniad ar gyfer cynaliadwyedd economaidd yw gwrthod prosesau tymor byr ac ystyried lles hirdymor y blaned.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cyfrifoldeb cymdeithasol:<\/strong> Mae\u2019n cyfeirio at drin pawb yn deg drwy sicrhau tegwch. Er enghraifft, er nad oes SDG penodol sy\u2019n ymwneud \u00e2 lleihau effeithiau trychinebau, mae sawl targed sy\u2019n ymwneud \u00e2\u2019r agwedd hon ar sicrhau cynaliadwyedd. Mae Targed 1.5 yn ymwneud \u00e2 chryfhau gwytnwch y tlawd a lleihau eu hamlygiad a\u2019u bregusrwydd i ddigwyddiadau eithafol a thrychinebau eraill; mae Targed 11.5 yn canolbwyntio ar leihau nifer y marwolaethau a nifer y bobl yr effeithir arnynt gan drychinebau; ac mae Targed 13.1 yn pwysleisio\u2019r angen i gryfhau gwytnwch a gallu addasu i beryglon a thrychinebau sy\u2019n gysylltiedig \u00e2\u2019r hinsawdd.<\/p>\n<p>Er eu bod yn cael eu mynegi fel 17 nod unigol, mae\u2019r SDGs yn gyfanwaith anadferadwy, sy\u2019n gofyn am ddull integredig o\u2019u gweithredu. Gall cynnydd ar un targed atgyfnerthu a chefnogi cynnydd ar dargedau eraill. Mae\u2019n ei gwneud yn ofynnol i bob corff cyhoeddus yng Nghymru ystyried effaith hirdymor eu penderfyniadau yn bwrpasol, myfyrio ar sut maent yn gweithio gyda gwahanol bobl, ac i weithio gyda\u2019i gilydd i atal problemau parhaus fel tlodi, anghydraddoldebau iechyd a newid yn yr hinsawdd yn weithredol. Mae Deddf Cenedlaethau\u2019r Dyfodol yn fenter gan Lywodraeth Cymru sy\u2019n anelu at sicrhau bod Cymru\u2019n dod yn lle mwy cynaliadwy a ffyniannus i fyw, gweithio a chwarae. Mae datblygu addysg fel math o gynaliadwyedd yn caniat\u00e1u i ni gyd-ddatblygu them\u00e2u ar draws ysgolion sy\u2019n llywio sut rydym yn datblygu, yn esblygu ac yn cefnogi profiadau dysgu ar draws y brifysgol mewn perthynas \u00e2\u2019r 17 Nod Datblygu Cynaliadwy a\u2019r cymwyseddau sydd eu hangen i\u2019w cyrraedd. Rydym yn deall dysgu fel rhan o drawsnewidiad gwybodus a myfyriol (Kolb a Kolb 2017, Dewey 2019, Sch\u00f6n 2016) lle mae dysgwyr yn cael eu grymuso i gymryd camau a gweithredu\u2019n gyfrifol gyda chenedlaethau\u2019r dyfodol mewn golwg.<\/p>\n<p>Yn Prifysgol Caerdydd, ystyrir ADC fel proses weithredol, gyfranogol ac adfyfyriol sy'n arwain at ddysgu ac addysgu gwell. Rydym yn deall bod gan bawb alluedd ac yn gweithio\u2019n weithredol i rymuso dysgwyr a staff i gymryd camau gwybodus a phwrpasol ar gyfer dyfodol gwell.<\/p>\n<p>Mae eich r\u00f4l yn hanfodol bwysig ar gyfer cefnogi a datblygu ADC ar draws y brifysgol.
