Bwriedir i&#8217;r priodoleddau hyn fod yn llinyn aur sy&#8217;n rhedeg trwy amser pob myfyriwr yng Nghaerdydd a gellir eu datblygu trwy eu hastudiaethau a thrwy gyfleoedd allgyrsiol yn eu Hysgol, ac ar draws y brifysgol ehangach. Byddan nhw\u2019n rhoi newid ar waith ac yn gwybod sut i gydweithio mewn byd sy\u2019n ansicr a rhyngddisgyblaethol, sy\u2019n cwmpasu sawl sector, ac sydd wedi&#8217;i ddigideiddio&#8217;.<\/p>\n<h4>Ble Gallaf Ymgorffori Cyfleoedd i Ymgorffori Priodoleddau Graddedigion?<\/h4>\n<p>Gan gydnabod bod myfyrwyr yn aml yn cydbwyso ystod o weithgareddau sydd yr un mor bwysig, gan gynnwys astudio, gweithio a chyfrifoldebau gofalu, mae\u2019r Fframwaith Dyfodol Myfyrwyr yn cefnogi dau ddull eang o ymgorffori cyflogadwyedd:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trwy weithgareddau cwricwlaidd \u2013 cyflwynir y gweithgaredd cyflogadwyedd yn rhan o elfen sy&#8217;n cynnig credydau o raglen astudio&#8217;r myfyriwr (e.e. gweithgaredd cyflogadwyedd a ddefnyddir fel math o asesiad dilys ar gyfer modiwl, neu leoliad gwaith a wnaed yn rhan o flwyddyn ar leoliad proffesiynol)<\/li>\n<li>Trwy weithgareddau allgyrsiol \u2013 cyflwynir y gweithgaredd cyflogadwyedd y tu allan i\u2019r elfennau sy\u2019n cynnig credydau yn rhaglen astudio&#8217;r myfyriwr (e.e. cymryd rhan mewn gweithdy sgiliau, neu fynd i gyflwyniad gan gyflogwr).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bydd llawer o&#8217;r priodoleddau eisoes wedi&#8217;u gwreiddio yn eich rhaglenni a&#8217;ch modiwlau, y cyfan y mae angen ei wneud yw eu hamlygu&#8217;n benodol i fyfyrwyr.<\/p>\n<p>Mae y Map Tiwb Priodoleddau Graddedigion isod yn ganllaw syml sy\u2019n rhestru rhai gweithgareddau cwricwlaidd y gellid eu haddysgu, eu hymarfer a\/neu eu hasesu i hwyluso datblygiad pob priodoledd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae T\u00eem Adnoddau Dysgu Dyfodol Myfyrwyr ar hyn o bryd yn datblygu cyfres o adnoddau ymarferol, gan gynnwys gweithgareddau, cynlluniau gwersi ac astudiaethau achos i gefnogi staff i wreiddio Priodoleddau Graddedigion yn eu dysgu, addysgu ac asesu, a fydd yn cael eu cynnwys yn y Pecyn Cymorth hwn dros y misoedd nesaf.<\/p>\n<p>Os ydych eisoes yn cyflwyno gweithgaredd neu asesiad sy\u2019n datblygu un neu fwy o\u2019r Priodoleddau Graddedigion yn llwyddiannus, a byddai gennych ddiddordeb mewn ei arddangos fel astudiaeth achos yn y Pecyn Cymorth hwn, cwblhewch <em>y ffurflen fer hon<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Map Priodoleddau Graddedigion<\/strong><br \/>\nEr mwyn cefnogi staff i wneud priodoleddau graddedigion a datblygu sgiliau yn fwy amlwg i fyfyrwyr, gall Dyfodol Myfyrwyr weithio gyda thimau rhaglen i ddatblygu Map Priodoleddau Graddedigion sy\u2019n wynebu myfyrwyr.
