Gyda&#8217;i gilydd, mae&#8217;r mentrau hyn wedi&#8217;u cynllunio i sicrhau bod myfyrwyr yn datblygu&#8217;r sgiliau, y profiadau a&#8217;r talentau sydd eu hangen i ffynnu mewn byd sy&#8217;n newid yn gyflym. Fel rhan o&#8217;r gwaith, adolygwyd ac ail-ddychmygwyd chwe Rhinwedd Graddedigion y Brifysgol fel 9 Sgil Llwyddiant \u2013 model sy&#8217;n edrych i&#8217;r dyfodol ac sy&#8217;n adlewyrchu anghenion myfyrwyr, cyflogwyr a chymdeithas.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#8217;r 9 Sgil Llwyddiant yn sylfaen ar gyfer cynllunio cwricwlwm, gwella a phrofiad ehangach y myfyrwyr. Maent yn cefnogi dyheadau&#8217;r Cwricwlwm Creu Newid drwy helpu myfyrwyr i ddatblygu&#8217;r galluoedd a geir drwy gyflogadwyedd, dysgu ar sail profiad, cyfleoedd byd-eang, menter, ymgysylltu dinesig a gweithgareddau gwerth cyhoeddus.
