The International Studies Research Unit (ISRU) is a forum that focusses on the advancement of research and practice in the field of international studies. ISRU is open to everyone interested in research on global and international issues. It is an intellectual meeting place for scholars, practitioners, policy makers and civil society groups, and offers the opportunity to transcend disciplinary boundaries. At the center of ISRU are activities that strengthen research in the field and enable the dialogue between theory and policy. We organize a bi-weekly work in progress seminar and two speaker series.
