Support later on in your career
You might need careers advice or support later on in your career, for example with a career change or move to a leadership position. Hopefully the resources and information contained within this website, as well as the activities you engaged with at Cardiff University to enhance your employability, have equipped you with the skills you need to manage your career. Nonetheless it can still be incredibly beneficial to speak with a qualified careers professional if you are struggling to navigate your next career move.
If you need careers advice or support later on in your working life, you can access support from:
- Careers Wales (if you live in Wales)
- National Careers Service (if you live in England)
- Skills Development Scotland (if you live in Scotland)
- Private career development professionals (you will need to pay) – use the Career Development Institute’s UK register to find a career development professional who is qualified, abides by a common code of ethics and also continues to update their knowledge and skillset
