We are pleased to confirm the HR Business Partnering team structure from August 2014. The development of the College structure within the University has prompted a review of where services are best managed and provided. For HR, this is with a view to ensuring our service to the College of Biomedical and Life Sciences is effective and adds value whilst continuing to improve standards. Over the coming months we will be sharing best practice to ensure optimum delivery and reduce duplication of activities where appropriate. This will drive a high quality, responsive and resilient service. It will also provide an opportunity to further enhance the development of individuals to provide a professional service.
