FICE for Shunqi

Shunqi has been accepted as the Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, the highest grade of membership in Sept 2022. Early Dec, he attended a ceremony to receive the certificate from the President Keith Howells and the FICE golden button at ICE HQ  – One Great George Street, London.

Welcome Zhengjin to Cardiff

A very welcome to Zhengjin Tao, who just joined the group on 28th Nov from Hohai University in China.  He will be in HRC for 24 months as a visiting PhD student, support by CSC under the joint supervision programme, working on: “Study of the estuarine current salinity sediment coupling mechanism”.
