This website is intended to provide you with further information about the coastal research in the Hydro-environmental Research Centre (HRC) at Cardiff University. The group, led by Prof Shunqi Pan,  is actively involved in research on hydrodynamics, sediment transport, marine renewable energy, impacts of coastal structures, water resources in coastal and estuarine environment, mainly through computer modelling. The group has wide national and international collaborations.
