Fitzalan Eisteddfod visit 4/3/2016

Today saw a SHARE with Schools’s first, as 15 volunteers, 5 PG coordinators and a faculty member worked alongside 120 Fitzalan High School pupils. Fitzalan were running their ever exciting Eisteddfod event–a Welsh cultural festival–so the pupils were out of normal timetable and doing all sorts of exciting extracurricular or enriching activities. Mountain Ash visit 25/2/2016

A big thank you to our ineffable volunteers and the awesome pupils and staff today. We went out into the Valleys to Mountain Ash Comprehensive School. This year Rhiannon, one of the postgraduate coordinators for SHARE with Schools, proposed and developed a brand STEM Archaeology Workshop, with a brand new toolkit (the presentations, information packs and boxes of things we use to make our deliveries so brilliant).
