Project: Microplastic migration pathways in wetland sediments under alternating wet and dry conditions
Dr Lu Zhao, Associate Professor from Changsha University of Science & Technology, China, started her visit to the group from July 2026 for a period of 12 months, supported by the China Scholarship Council (CSC). Her research will focus on the migration pathways of microplastics in wetland sediments under alternating wet and dry conditions, through field monitoring and measurements, data analysis and model construction.
