Tuesday 25th August

Wednesday 26 August

We are pleased to announce that our conference excursion on Wednesday will be a trip to Cardiff Bay including a short (45 minute) boat cruise and entry to the famous Doctor Who Experience.  This is a unique, exciting and sometimes scary journey into over fifty years of adventures in space and time, just opposite the BBC studios where the hit show is filmed.

The total excursion should take no more than 4.5 hours. But make sure you bring comfortable shoes for short walks between train stations and the boat journey.

Thursday 27 August

We are pleased to announce that our conference dinner will be a BBQ held at Techniquest.   Techniquest is the UK’s oldest science centre and will be an excellent opportunity for you to see and play with the interactive exhibitions, visit the planetarium and enjoy food and drinks in an unique environment.  The BBQ will be held from 6.30-10.30pm. Pick up at 6.15pm by coach from outside the accommodation on Salisbury Road.  You will have an opportunity to spend time in the lovely Cardiff Bay for the night owls.
