Project: Modelling of waves, tides and storm surge in the East China Sea
Jiangxia is a CSC (China Scholarship Council) supported visiting PhD student. She joined in the research group in Oct 2015, and is working on the large scale modelling of waves and tides, particularly in the East China Sea.
She undertook the Bsc at Hohai University, Nanjing, China from 2009 to 2012 and major in Harbour, Waterway and Coastal Engineering. She enrolled as a PhD student in 2013 at Hohai University, focusing on the research of coastal hydrodynamics. Now she is a visiting PhD student in School of Engineering, Cardiff University.
