We are very sad to announce that the 2021 Vaughan conference planned this year to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the birth of Henry and Thomas Vaughan has been postponed until next year, on the same weekend 5-8th May 2022. Unfortunately we have come to this decision given the current restrictions on travel and socialising. However we hope to make up for our disappointment next year in Brecon.
We would still like to commemorate the 400th anniversary with an online meeting on Sunday 25th April. This event will include a videoed wreath laying at Henry Vaughan’s grave as well as a few short talks and interviews with people who have worked with the Vaughans in the arts, including Professor Alan Rudrum.
